The AVU established a scholarship fund to award scholarships generally to assist eligible enrolled students including females and those from disadvantaged backgrounds to access education opportunities. The scholarships are awarded on the basis of merit, gender and availability and administered by the AVU in cooperation with its partner institution and Ministries of education when necessary.
