OUT equips teachers with e-learning skills

The Open University of Tanzania (OUT) in collaboration with African Virtual University (AVU) has launched a nationwide programme to equip secondary schoolteachers and teachers' training college instructors with e-learning skills.
The programme will also empower secondary school and college teachers to have easy access to digital knowledge resources through information and communication technology (ICT).
