The Open Distance and E-learning Centre (ODeL) was launched at the College of Education and External Studies (CEES) last week to propel the university to the forefront of electronic age. The facility sponsored by the African Virtual University (AVU) and African Development Bank (AfDB) boasts state of the art ICT equipment and training facilities.
