6th Science Centre World Congress - Cape Town, South AfricaThe Science Centre World Congress (SCWC) is a gathering that directs strategic planning for the worldwide Science Centre movement. The first SCWC was held in 1996 in Vantaa, Finland, hosted by Heureka, an initiative of the Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC) and the European Collaborative for Science, Industry and Technology Exhibitions (ECSITE).
