Certificate Course in Renewable Energy Kicks off in Dakar, Senegal

The certificate in Renewable Energy course was launched on 19th June 2010 at the AVU Open, Distance and eLearning Centre located at the Universite Cheikh Anta Diop in Dakar, Senegal.
The initial intake had 16 students drawn from West Africa, with numbers expected to grow. The courses are hosted on the AVU's virtual class platform.
