1. You are invited to submit your priced quotation for the supply of the following items:

2. Priced quotations will be evaluated for each of the items and contract awarded to the firm meeting the technical requirements and offering the lowest evaluated total cost of all the items.
3. Your quotation(s) in the required format should be addressed and submitted to:

4. Your quotation should be accompanied by adequate technical documentation and catalogue(s) and other printed material or pertinent information for each item quoted, including names and addresses of firms providing service facilities in the country.
5. The deadline for receipt of your quotation (s) by the Purchaser at the address indicated in Paragraph 3 is: 11.00 am on Wednesday 30th June 2010.
7. Your quotation(s) should be submitted as per the following instructions, Technical Specifications set out in Appendix A.
(i) PRICES: The prices should be quoted in any freely convertible currency and include delivery to the AVU offices.
(ii) EVALUATION AND AWARD OF PURCHASE ORDER: Offers determined to be substantially responsive to the technical specifications will be evaluated and an award will be made to the firm offering the lowest evaluated price and that meets the required standards of technical and financial capabilities. Taxes (VAT) and any other
local duties should be quoted separately.
(iii) VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: Your quotation(s) should be valid for a period of 60 days from the date for receipt of quotation(s) indicated in Paragraph 5 above.
8. Proof of ability to supply the order will be required and a minimum of three (3) customer references shall be supplied.
