AVU provides a platform for online and mixed-mode (blended-mode) conferences, workshops, and meetings. The AVU uses this platform to deliver its own AVU-hosted conferences and also offers other organizations a service of delivering their conference, workshop or meeting online using the AVU infrastructure & network. The basic eConference/vMeeting service includes:


  • Event materials (slides, documents, videos, etc.) setup in AVU's Learning Management System
  • Scheduling & coordination of facilities and resources
  • Delivery of event through AVU infrastructure and eventually through AVU network
  • Administrative and technical support for the event

 

AVU can provide the following options for an additional fee:

  • Event materials development
  • Event marketing
  • Participant registration and payment management
