Africa Virtual University - AVU

The AVU will focus on developing courses in the following subject matter areas during the implementation phase:

• Renewable energies
• Food Security
• University management
• Entrepreneurship
• Micro-credit management
• Peace building
• Conflict prevention
• Conflict resolution
• Post-conflict recovery
• Digital capacity development

More programs will be included as they are developed by AVU and its partners. The AVU will continuously seek further collaboration for general operation and continuous improvement of the VCDP, as well as for specific programs, courses and online seminars (webinars).

The AVU builds a Quality Assurance mechanism in each program in order to ensure that programs and services have the required quality standards.
