TENTATIVE PROGRAM: OUTLINE

The program has a mix of research papers and non-research (practice-based papers),workshops and keynote speeches. The keynotes and paper submissions cover interesting issues on education and ICTs, open education resources (OER),mobile learning, educational technology, virtual learning communities among other topics.
